2023 Parent Contributions

This link will provide parents and prospective parents of Montmorency South Primary voluntary financial contributions for 2023.

Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.

We want to thank parents for all your support, as your contributions have made a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer the children. Within our school, this support has allowed us to offer a wide range of subjects and special curriculum experiences; enhances digital learning opportunities and many other experiences we would otherwise not be able to offer.

Montmorency South Primary School Council completed its annual review at the end of 2022, of the parent payments. The School Council makes every effort to keep the cost of student learning items and activities to a minimum to make them affordable for all families. School Council recognise that every family has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic therefore no increases to the family charges have been applied since 2019.

Montmorency South Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty and offers a range of options, including:

• The Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF). See application form & information flyer. Eligibility criteria must be met.
• State Schools’ Relief State Schools’ Relief (stateschoolsrelief.org.au)
• Banyule residents may be eligible for assistance through Diamond Valley Community Support https://www.dvsupport.org.au/kidsassisteducation
• Staggered payment (payment plan) arrangement through Compass Course Confirmations.
